This vanilla, cinnamon and ginger recipe is ideal for moisturizing the skin very dry.
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
3 teaspoons ginger (fresh or powdered)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons honey
½ cup milk
Instructions:
Mix vanilla with ginger, cinnamon and honey. Add the milk, then pour the mixture over the hot bath water.
Note: This solution is most effective when used fresh. Do not prepare larger quantities to keep in the fridge - it is not recommended. For maximum effect, use a loofah or a soft sponge and massage the body parts circularly while bathing in the prepared solution. Fresh, uncured ginger can be kept in the fridge for up to three weeks and in the freezer for up to six months. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the fact that the mixture also foams a little.
