Cell phone radiation. 7 ways to reduce it!

Have you thought about how to reduce cell phone radiation?

1. It is best to talk to speakerwith the phone within a slap of your hand. Not as good (because the radiation is still reaching you) is the headphones option. But still better with headphones than with the phone to your ear.

2. Try not to hold phone on the body. So you avoid the radiation from your cell phone.

During sleep, keep your cell phone as far away as possible (if possible, it would be advisable to turn it off as well). Radiation and exposure to electromagnetic fields can disrupt the sleep cycle and contribute to a number of conditions such as allergies, palpitations, muscle aches and weakness, and emotional sensitivity.

3. If you have nowhere else to go and you still have to hold the phone to your ear while you talk, don't do it until the person you're talking to answers! In the few seconds during the call, radiation emissions are extremely dangerous and should be avoided.

4. Keep the phone charged and try to talk from places where the signal is very good! When you have fewer lines, the radiation is stronger and affects you more. Some phones emit 1000 times more radiation when the signal is weak.

5. Do not use your phone in the car, elevators, trains or on the plane!

In enclosed metal spaces, even more radiation is emitted.

6. Text whenever possible! The further the phone is from your body and especially your head, the better!

7. Around children, use your cell phone very little or not at all! Children's bodies are still developing, which makes them more vulnerable to the negative effects of electromagnetic radiation. Parents should postpone getting a smartphone for their child until it becomes absolutely necessary.

For basic communication, an "old-fashioned", much healthier device is sufficient.
