But there are always solutions. There are natural treatments at hand that can help revitalize hair. It's ideal to use moisturizing masks, and you can also add vegetable oils.

1. Sesame oil

This tree of Indian origin has been used traditionally in Ayrvedic medicine with considerable success and is increasingly available in various products.

Neem oil contains plant steroids and essential fatty acids, such as Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9, as well as azadirachtin, a limonoid that appears to be particularly effective against bacteria. Neem oil helps treat dryness, itching, dandruff, psoriasis, hair loss, lice, etc.

5. Coconut oil for moisturized hair

It helps fight dermatological problems such as dandruff and itching. Coconut oil, with its delicious aroma and delicate texture, is the secret of many Indian women to keep their hair healthy and beautiful. Apply to hair and scalp before washing, massaging well to penetrate deeply.

Very useful in cases of dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis or itching in general, as it contains antibacterial properties. For very oily hair, the same procedure can be followed, but using coconut milk.

Apply the chosen oil to dry hair, starting from mid-length and working down to the ends or scalp if the hair is particularly dry. Wrap the hair with cling film and then a towel and leave the oil on for at least half an hour. You can leave the mask on overnight. Then rinse your hair as usual.

For split ends, you can apply drops of oil to your hair after washing. For particularly dry and dull hair, it is recommended to apply two or three drops to the palm of your hand. By rubbing your hands, the oil is better distributed. Massage the oil through your hair and then comb through.

Another option for people with oily hair is to mix the oil with pure aloe vera gel in equal parts so that the mask is not too greasy, but still allows the hair to be deeply moisturized and nourished. Vegetable oils can be added to masks, shampoos or natural colorants such as henna-based ones.
