10 Simple steps to balance the pH in your body. Lately we've all been hearing about pH imbalances, about acidic and alkaline organisms. Today we will discover together some practical methods and some very important steps to reach the optimal pH level.

The ideal pH level is 7.35, but due to diet, most people's bodies are too acidic, with an average pH between 5.5 and 6.5. Acidity has negative effects on the human body.

These include fatigue and lack of energy, anxiety, panic attacks and depression, dermatological problems - psoriasis, acne, constipation or irritable bowel, menstrual pain, tooth decay. 

Here are some simple steps that can increase alkalinity and decrease acidity in your body. The benefits will be unbelievable, and will set in within a few days, and long term. 

 1. Remove sugar from your diet

No refined or processed sugars - no syrups, agave, maltose or aspartame. Fruit is acceptable, but in moderation. 

2. Drink fresh juices of organically grown (or free-range) vegetables every morning for breakfast. 

3. Try to introduce a few exercises of Yoga per day

The practice cleanses acids from the joints and vital organs through intelligent movement, relaxation and breathing exercises. 

4. Avoid toxic fats such as trans fats. Fried foods that have not used coconut oil cause acidity. The only oil recommended for frying is coconut oil. 

5. Natural essential oils are alkalizing by excellence, as they are plant essences with aromas whose energetic frequency is naturally recognized by the body and mind.

Applied on the body or in the room, their electromagnetic vibrations resonate with the cells of our body and balance it. The most alkaline essential oils are myrtle, frankincense and sandalwood. 

6. Every morning try to spend 15 minutes in the sun

Sunlight plays an important role in maintaining alkalinity and pH. It is a good idea to shower before and after sun exposure to cleanse toxins eliminated through the skin. 

7. Cut down on commercial soaps, shampoos, toothpastes and deodorants

Not only are most of them bombarded with chemicals that end up in the body, but more often than not they suppress the body's natural toxin-removing functions - such as sweating, which helps to remove acids from the body - and push acids back into the lymph nodes. These cosmetics increase the risk of cancer and weaken the immune system. 

8. Reduce bottled water consumption

Most often worn in the sun or in overheated warehouses, plastic bottled water bottles are full of toxic substances removed from their packaging, which greatly reduce water quality. Invest in a quality filter, and in this way you eliminate substances such as sodium fluoride and chlorides, which are toxic poisons that oxidize the human body and disrupt the digestive system. 

9. Try twice a week to replace lunch with intensely alkalizing ingredients, such as: 

 - wheat grass, barley grass, oat grass

- spirulina

- chlorella

- broccoli

- cucumber 

10. Give up meat, which is extremely acidic, especially red meat.
