Tibetan reflexology ritual SACRED PEDI PUDJA AYURVEDIC. Ayurveda is much talked about and talked about in Romania, which has determined that a lot of Ayurvedic therapies and rituals have become known in the country's spa centers for several years already.
Less well known is the Pedi Pudja technique, an ancient method of balancing on all levels by massaging the feet.
Pedi Pudja is a ritual ayurvedic complex and is divided into several stages.
First of all, it is advisable to analyze what it means to be a person as a whole, seen as a complex entity, with all its baggage: energetic, emotional and physical, when he comes for the first time to therapy.
This can be accomplished through an Ayurvedic questionnaire and all the knowledge of the therapist performing the ritual, intuitive experiences, all leading to what is called "doshic constitution".
Depending on this small diagnosis, the right products can be chosen, the ritual being slightly different depending on each person's condition.
According to Ayuvedic principles, man has at its origin several elements, manifested in what are known as dosha states.
These are:
Depending on the programs of life, all that he experiences, influences from family, society, everything that happens inside and outside the being, they are different from person to person, each one being in a certain proportion.
In Ayurvedic therapies these elements are worked on, so as to achieve a reconnection to all that is nature both sensory and extrasensory, in physical, mental, emotional, through spiritual guidance.
Tibetan reflexology ritual: SACRED PEDI PUDJA Start with a foot bath in water with essential oils, salts, herbs.
During the ritual, in addition to manual therapy, volcanic rocks, chakra crystals, the Tibetan bowl and an instrument called kansu vataki are used.
In this type of reflexotherapy, balancing is achieved by activating energy points corresponding to organs and chakras, called marma points.
A marma point is a small part of our body in which a real treasure is found. Each one of the tens of thousands of marma dots that make up our body has:
All the elements that are found in the Ayurvedic constitution of the body - earth, water, fire, air, ether/space, are found in each point, and depending on many factors that influence the life of each individual:
they are in surplus or deficit, so that man undergoes changes in all areas of life.
The therapist works on these points by stimulating them in a relaxing way, with clockwise circular maneuvers, using Tibetan mantras and mudras, high vibration affirmations, Tibetan bowl chanting, chakra specific sounds, essential oils and Ayurvedic specific products.
An Ayurvedic therapy - such as the Tibetan reflexology ritual: SACRED PEDI PUDJA AYURVEDIC, can bring these states to the surface, bring them to a more conscious level, then intensify the cleansing plan at each marma point and implicitly at the organic level, when necessary.
Ultimately, therapy leads to a state of balance and harmony in one's own being and a state of conscious living in all that manifests itself externally.
INDICATIONS AND BENEFITS:
* It helps to subtly balance the energy in the body, especially for Pitta dosha (excess of fire element in the body, which can mean a number of inflammations, digestive system organ dysfunctions, inner anger, unfulfilled emotions).
* Provides visual and mental clarity, relaxation mental, especially for the Vata dosha state (dominated by nervousness, mental hyperactivity, restlessness, insomnia, sense organ disorders).
* Improves posture and gives the feeling of being grounded (a need of the Vata dosha state, which is found in people who experience excessive dreaming, find it difficult to find their place, their origins, are hyperactive).
* It helps to eliminate toxins through a system prepared to cope with elimination - digestive, urinary, lymphatic, sweat glands. The inner intelligence will always know which system is most ready to take over the cleansing, without causing dysregulation, only needing to be given the go-ahead from within.
* After several sessions of Tibetan reflexotherapy, a pleasant odor of skin and brightness, which are evident from the first therapies.
* Other important benefits:
I recall some less known notions about how to work on the system chakrelor found in thalpi.
Therapists stimulate the specific areas using the kansu vataki instrument, saying mantras and mudras, affirmations and appropriate sounds.

DESCRIPTION OF SOME IMPORTANT STEPS IN BACK PATHOLOGIES
when an element is consciously or less consciously allowed to act too much, or when an element has its path of action blocked, an imbalance occurs in all structures (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual).
These disturbances generally occur precisely because of a disconnection from their natural pathway, which happens due to several factors:
The diseased state disappears as soon as these elements are rebalanced in all ways.
Regardless of the pathology being treated, it is important that each therapy session is a ritual, following the steps of a general Sacred Pedi Pudja Kansa Vataki session, described above.
I detail below a few conditions in which this Tibetan reflexology ritual is recommended: SACRED PEDI PUDJA AYURVEDIC PEDI AYURVEDIC PUDJA, according to their Ayurvedic classification.
Illnesses resulting from excess energy (air and space used inefficiently):
they may have influences from family and close ones. In Ayurveda, childhood illnesses are described both as karmic lessons for children and at the same time as ways of cleansing parents of certain energies, blockages, which stand in the way of their evolution.
PITTA DOSHA - fire and water elements
Diseases resulting from excess energy (fire and water): excess fire blocked in an organ and not released outside:
KAPHA DOSHA - earth and water elements
Conditions resulting from excess energy (earth and water): excess earth
Because in the Tibetan reflexology ritual: SACRED PEDI PUDJA the fire element - Agni/Divine Fire, as a cleansing energy, comes into intense action, I will briefly describe the importance of this element in Ayurveda.
Agni is the subtle inner fire or fire energy that controls metabolism. It governs the transformation of matter into energy. Its physical role is digestion, absorption and assimilation of food. It is believed that without the fire element the act of digestion would be impossible.
Agni is the element that takes care of the nourishment of the body tissues, helps to strengthen the immune system and regulates the body temperature, it destroys microorganisms, harmful bacteria and toxins in the stomach and intestines.
Agni sustains life and vitality, he is the source of Ojas (vital essence) and the sustainer of the life sustaining breath (Prana).
But in a man with a weak Agni due to a doshic imbalance, automatically the metabolism suffers, the whole health of the body goes out of balance, the body's resistance and immunity weaken and the man starts to feel unwell.
And when Agni is extinguished, life is extinguished with it.
In Ayurveda it is said that a man's age is given by the strength of his inner Agni, not by the mere passage of years.
Thus, Agni rules:
If the Agni is functioning well, then one lives long and enjoys good health and zest for life.
If the Agni is weakened due to eating or other habits, man becomes ill, sad and depressed.
A weak Agni can no longer fulfill its role adequately:
When the amount of Ama becomes excessive, it "floods" the entire body and begins to clog blood vessels, capillaries, lymph and cell membranes and cause organ damage.
Then the body's intelligence (Prana) also gets blocked and serious illnesses begin to manifest. Ama tires and weakens the body and mind.
Irrespective of inner beliefs, religion, nationality and other external factors, the benefits of holistic therapies reach where they are needed and to whom they are needed and their actions are seen and manifested in the present.
I wish you to wish to feel yourself as you are and to give yourself precious experiences through Sacred Pedi Pudja Kansu Vataki therapy that you can do at Shakti Center. See below the video about this Tibetan Reflexology Ritual SACRED PEDI PUDJA AYURVEDIC.
