Do you want to get rid of back or joint pain and have a correct body posture?
For all these problems there is a common solution: Yumeiho massage.
The Yumeiho method consists of over 100 movements that are intended to act on certain parts of the body. Yumeiho theory is based on body balance, an important aspect of which is the equal distribution of body weight on both legs. According to this theory, the legs are not used equally, this inequality being due to the wrong position of the pelvic bones. Yumeiho tries to "set" these bones.
Yumeiho massage is a Japanese invention that was developed in 1987 by the therapist Saionji Masayuki Masayuki. After studying different methods from Japan, China and other countries, he chose the best movements and created a new method. Yumeiho massage incorporates techniques from other natural therapies such as, shiatsu, traditional Chinese medicine, but also techniques of Japanese therapy belonging to the group called Seitai.
The book on which the Yumeiho method is based, written by Saionji, was published in 1987 in Japanese, and in 1992 the 16th edition appeared. By 1996 the book had been translated into more than 30 languages and the technique had spread worldwide. There are several Yumeiho schools in different countries around the world. In Japan there are 8 Yumeiho clinics: 4 in Tokyo, 2 in Chiba and 2 in Niigata. Dozens of patients come to these clinics every day for treatment of various ailments.
Yumeiho massage is at the same time a method of relaxation and a manual therapy. Like Seitai, Yumeiho massage aims to reactivate the body's natural self-healing capacity. It harmoniously combines movement therapy with healing hand touch. This massage is based on restoring the balance of the body, more precisely on the equal distribution of the body weight borne by both legs. The method is aimed at treating pain and pathologies of the musculoskeletal system and internal organs.
This massage is performed on a tatami mat or a mat on the floor. The patient remains clothed throughout the massage. After a short conversation, the practitioner invites the patient to step on a numeric device that measures the weight supported by each leg. This measurement allows the practitioner to determine the balance of the body and the origin of the patient's pain. The practitioner then acts on the patient's muscles and joints and on the pelvis and spine. Breath control and listening are of major importance during the session.
Yumeiho massage allows the elimination of stress and anxiety, and through the energetic contributions of shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine allows harmonizing the energy circulation in the body. It also corrects posture problems and treats lower back pain, arthrosis, pelvic and shoulder pain. It helps treat internal organs such as stomach, kidneys, pancreas, liver. Yumeiho massage can only be practiced by a specialized therapist who will determine the duration and intensity of the massage for each individual patient.
By using this method you can also treat: sciatica, knee, elbow, toe problems, constipation, diarrhea, low body temperature, headaches, gynecological problems, infertility. Yumeiho regulates hypertension and hypotension and can even alleviate serious diseases, which modern medicine only treats very little: muscle atrophy, Parkinson's disease, rheumatism, various types of cancer. This method also treats obesity, weight gain problems, baldness and senility.
