Iuliana Tasie - Vice President of OPTBR - Employers' Organization of Spa Tourism in Romania and Vice President of the European Spas Association (ESPA) With a Master's degree in Inter-European Transactions and one in Accounting and Auditing, as well as studies in Hospitality Management at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, she has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and spa industry, starting her career in 2001 as Sales & Reservation Manager at THR Marea Neagra. Since 2003 he has been part of the Ana Hotels team, first as Sales & Marketing Director of Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord, and since 2010 as General Manager of this hotel complex. Since the opening of Ana Aslan Health Spa she has been actively involved in the development of the spa's offer of therapies and packages and its promotion on the national and international market. Both as Sales Director and General Manager he has paid special attention to the spa and spa tourism market, which has allowed him to contribute to the permanent success of Ana Aslan Health Spa recognized by multiple national and international awards, but especially by the loyal guests who cross the threshold since its opening. In the last 2 years she has been actively involved in the Romanian spa industry, assuming the mission to promote national spa tourism at international level but also in the "fight" with the national authorities to recognize this tourism as a national priority.

She entered the Spa field immediately after finishing the Faculty of Balneo-Physiokinetic Therapy and Medical Recovery at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca. Sorin Vasilache has 18 years of management experience in multinational companies and in the Spa and Wellness sector. His current job as Quality & Spa Director at Stejarii Country Club in Bucharest is preceded by the position of Spa Manager in Qatar, for the renowned hotel chain Buddha Bar and B/Attitude SPA Doha. Within Stejarii Country Club, Sorin is responsible for building the business strategy, maintaining quality and coordinating the business.

Elena Nastaca is an affiliated teacher of the TMC Chiang Mai International School in Thailand and for 8 years she has been teaching their curriculum in Romania, specialization courses in Thai massage techniques for therapists both in Romania and abroad. He has written 11 massage manuals, has over 13000 hours of therapeutic practice, over 8000 hours of courses taught. Out of a desire to bring to Romania the Asian tradition for a long and healthy life, in harmony with body, mind and soul, she has attended all the courses of TMC Chiang Mai and Ong's School in Thailand as well as Koyasan School of Shiatsu in Japan. Master in Kinetoprophylaxis and Physical Rehabilitation, he has always sought to combine knowledge from classical medicine, oriental medicine, energy therapy and psychotherapy to create the most effective therapy protocols. He is the administrator of the Thai Therapy Centre - School and Practice in Timisoara where he is constantly sharing his acquired knowledge both with the team of therapists and with all the participating trainees out of a desire to promote preventive health in Romania based on the millenary experience of the Asians.
