Multisoft is a 100% Romanian company, established in 1991 and since 1998 has marked the market of 360 degree integrated IT solutions for the HoReCa sector in Romania.
To date, more than 300 medium and large hotels in Romania and more than 400 independent restaurants have placed their trust in us and rely on our solutions for their daily operations.
Today we are the only software manufacturer in Romania that can deliver, for the HoReCa sector, an IT ecosystem 360 degree integrated with all components, developed entirely by our team. We can cover with our solution integrated both the operational or front office side, and I am referring here to the PMS solutions, restaurant sales, SPA and Treatment Base, as well as the back office component, and here I mention the restaurant and inventory management, fixed assets, payroll and last but not least and equally important the financial accounting solution (cash, bank, journals, balance sheets, statements, etc). All these solutions, in addition to being integratedare 100% adapted to the Romanian legislation. At this moment our solution is SAF - T ready as well as Efactura ready.
We are the first manufacturer in Romania that since April 10 this year we have offered our customers an application - Solon.eFactura which fully automatically transmits invoices paid with holiday cards as well as invoices issued to public institutions in SPV.
Day after day we are happily innovating with the goal of becoming the preferred technology provider in the HoReCa industry and beyond. We can offer modern solutions, adapted to the current situation and needs: QR code based tagging, Online Booking from our own website, online check-in, channel manager, etc.
Another differentiator, given that solutions are 100% developed by us is that we can customize them for the ever-changing needs of our partners and can even develop complex reports, modules or additional interfaces on request.
All of the above was and is possible thanks to the Multisoft team of specialists of whom I am very proud and of whom I would like to tell you. Today, from my point of view, the difference is no longer the solutions, but the people behind the solutions, they deliver experiences to partners. There is no point in a solution being the best if it doesn't have the right support or our strongest differentiator is the technical support provided by a great team. Our support is onsite, online, by phone or email. The phone is answered by specialists who can solve the simplest to the most complex situations on the spot. There is very little staff turnover in Multisoft and that's why the people who answer the phone today are the same people who answered the phone 5 years or more ago. Why is seniority important?
