Daughter of Zeus, Aphrodite, with her strikingly beautiful face, knew the art of seduction, and her herbal recipes have been handed down to us to this day. At Herculum Spa, in the Aphrodite Resort & SpaI created a sauna with Aphrodite's Herbs.
Here, you are invited to Aphrodite's sauna to begin your journey to the eternal youth of the soul and the joy of living in the present. The air in the sauna is dry. Temperature? Around 75 Celsius. Here, amid the waves of heat, the aromas of love will simply intoxicate you.
The first is bits use "grass of kings". The love formula doesn't end there: she catches in her bouquet the marjoram that girls used to put under their pillows to find out the name of their future husband. The last of Aphrodite's herbs is lemon balm, which transforms you into the mistress of seduction.
After indulging in the warm and aromatic sauna, it is essential to refresh and relax. You can repeat the sauna session or choose another warm facility from the spa circuit, moving sequentially between hot and cold until it's time for a massage. And now get ready for a treatment of the gods.

At Herculum Spa, we use natural honey, in liquid form, to which we add a few drops of orange, lemon and juniper essential oils. The honey is applied as a cream to the area to be massaged. The massage is done with a special technique using controlled movements until the honey becomes very sticky, at which point it is removed. The specific movements activate certain nerve centers corresponding to vital organs. Remember: massage stimulates the body, unblocks the lymphatic system and increases blood flow to the work area.
